Q1. Where does Sagel ship to?
A: We currently ship all across India 🇮🇳 — whether you're in Delhi, Jaipur, or chilling by the beach in Goa, we’ve got you covered. International shipping? Coming real soon!
Q2. How long does delivery take?
A: Our outfits usually reach you in
• 5–7 working days once dispatched.
• dispatch time is 2-4 business days (from the time of order confirmation)
You’ll get all the deets (like tracking info) as soon as your order is out for dispatch!
Q3. How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999.
For COD orders or smaller values, a small fee may apply — it’ll be visible at checkout, no surprises.
Q5. How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can stalk your package like you stalk your crush 👀
Q6. My tracking link isn’t working! What do I do?
A: Sometimes the courier takes a few hours to update the link. If it’s still glitchy after a day, just drop us a message — we’ll sort it ASAP.
Q7. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
A: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we got you. Just reach out to us quickly via WhatsApp or DM — we’re pretty responsive 😉
Q8. What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: No worries! The courier usually attempts delivery 2-3 times. If you still miss it, we’ll reach out and help reschedule or sort a solution.
Q9. Do you deliver on weekends?
A: Yep! Courier timelines vary by city, but in most locations, deliveries can happen on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays too!
